Corporate Social Responsibility

Dhoot acts as a socially responsible corporate citizen. Having been sensitive to social issues right from inception, it takes the act of giving back to society seriously and continuously.

The group has been regularly contributing to various philanthropic causes and relief funds, including Prime Minister’s Relief Fund for natural disasters like tsunami, earthquake, and drought.


reliefDhoot group developers is amongst the top annual contributors to West Bengal Chief Minister’s Relief Fund and is a Regular donor to non-government organizations like CRY and Helpage India. Group contributed to the CM’s relief fund for needy students at the Writer’s Building, Kolkata in January 2007.

Dhoot Group built a fully equipped ICU and donated an ambulance at Anadlok Hospital, Kolkata and also runs the emergency ward. Group also had organized a relief camp in the affected area for the victims after the devastation caused by Tsunami, 2004.


csr2The group has adopted 100 schools through Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad in the year 2006, and regularly sponsors students for elementary and middle school level education also extended a helping hand to CRY.

Dhoot Group real estate developers constructed and handed over 21 houses in barasat (24pargana), Kolkata in 2008 and handed over 31 pucca houses among needy families at Bolpur on 15th March 08.
